Low Country K9 offers the the most current and reliable bedbug detection methods and professionally trained K9 detection teams.

K9 detection teams can find the earliest onset of an infestation.

Low Country K9 Detection is not an exterminating company, we are a detection company only. There is no conflict of interest and we have no ulterior motive to find bedbugs. Frankly, we hope we do not find bed bugs.

Our certified K9 Teams are true partners. They train together every day. Our dogs are evaluated and hand picked by the owners. They are selected based on several criteria, including but not limited to temperament, drive and trainability. Our dogs are raised in our home, they are our pets.

Low Country K9 Teams have had the opportunity to appear on TV, we have done a segment on the 11 o’clock news and we have also assisted on several episodes of Hotel Impossible.

We also conduct weekly preventative maintenance bed bug searches for the following Property Management Companies in the Charleston area: Darby Development, AMCS and Meridian Properties.

Our K9’s are trained using the same technique as those used for training military or law enforcement detection dogs. They carry a double certification. Our teams are certified by Florida K9 and also by Positive Response K9, a certified Law Enforcement Training and Certification Facility.

Our dogs are approachable and friendly, they are dog and cat friendly although we request all animals and their food be put up prior to our search.
